Technical management of Karlák Office and Karlák Shopping
05.03.2026The Karlák Office administrative building and Karlák Shopping commercial center, formerly known as Charles Square Centre, are located in the heart of Prague, directly above the Karlovo náměstí metro station. Built in 2002, the building has 12 floors and a total area of 26,000 m², including 3 floors of parking.
Facility management for PORTIN retail parks
26.11.2025Our cooperation with PORTIN, a major developer and owner of a network of retail parks, began inconspicuously. With one pilot project. Today, we manage 13 retail parks and provide comprehensive technical management, including cleaning and green space maintenance throughout the Czech Republic, from Žatec to Polička.
Technical management of Livimi rental housing
29.08.2025Since October 2024, we have been providing rental housing management services for the Czech investment group Fidurock and its Livimi rental housing project, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate, in 10 buildings in Prague and Brno comprising 340 residential units.
Takeover of CPI Property Group contracts in the centre of Prague
07.07.2025In spring 2025, we took over the management of a large office building and three historic buildings in the centre of Prague owned by CPI Property Group. The buildings serve as administrative headquarters and also house a large number of businesses.
Wireless fire alarm system in the former Živnostenská Bank building
23.06.2025The building of the former Živnostenská Bank in the center of Prague has undergone an extensive reconstruction of its technical infrastructure and we were part of it. According to data from the manufacturer, this was the largest installation of a wireless fire alarm system (FAS) of its kind in the Czech Republic.

09.09.2020We won the tender for comprehensive facility management services and the operational launch of the space for one of the largest players in student housing in Central Europe, International Campus Group, for the brand-new "The Fizz" building in Holešovice.
