SMILING RECEPTION

Our trained receptionists, equipped with language skills and technical expertise, are at your service. We offer short-term coverage during vacations or illness, as well as long-term collaboration. The added service of a personal concierge will help address your comfort needs in both professional and personal time. We will tailor our services to meet your specific needs, privacy, and the character of the property.

We will manage cost tracking for reception operations, monitor building access, maintain a visitor log, and handle the distribution of keys and access cards, as well as visitor parking entries. Our permanent staff will oversee shift planning, vacation records, and arranging coverage for our receptionists.

Security Services

The lives and health of your employees are in the hands of trained professionals who will protect your know-how, reputation, and assets. Our services are tailored to your specific needs and the character of the property. Our specialists are certified in accordance with the amendment to § 31 paragraph 1 of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing, with qualifications in "security guard" and "detective trainee."

Absolute criminal integrity, verified references, and Czech citizenship are standard for our specialists. They undergo initial and ongoing training in safety, defense, self-defense, and emergency procedures. We also have a response team available for sudden incidents and reporting.
