Mobile Technician - Property Maintenance
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a MOBILE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, who will be responsible for the management of properties and their technologies in Prague and the surrounding area as a full-fledged substitute during holidays or illness of maintenance workers in the area and will also help in case of emergencies. We are therefore looking for someone flexible, for whom this variety and the opportunity to learn about multiple sites and technologies will be an advantage.
What your work will be about
- Inspection according to the preventive maintenance plan
- Ensuring the operation of facility technologies
- Carrying out operational electrical and maintenance work
- Ensuring regular media readingscooperation with service organisations
- Assisting in dealing with emergencies
- Maintenance of the property and its surroundings
- Other minor works according to the client's requirements
- E-mail communication and work with the Chastia helpdesk
