JUNIOR ELECTRICIAN
We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Maintenance Technician / Electrician, who will be responsible for handling service requests related to maintenance in hotel operations. We welcome a skilled junior with at least one year of experience.
What Your Work Will Involve
- Inspections according to the preventive maintenance plan
- Ensuring the operation of building technologies
- Performing operational electrical and maintenance tasks
- Conducting regular readings of utilities
- Collaborating with service organizations
- Assisting in resolving emergency situations
- Maintaining the property and its surroundings
- Other minor tasks as requested by clients
- Email communication and working with the Helpdesk
The Maintenance and Facilities Manager work in tandem. What I enjoy about working in the industry is the combination of technology and communication. We expect
- Compliance with NV 194/2022 Sb. as an electrician §6 or higher
- Experience in a similar position
- Technical skills and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of plumbing work is welcome but not required
- Active and positive attitude
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
- Good communication skills
- Responsibility and flexibility
