Since October 2024, we have been providing rental housing management services for the Czech investment group Fidurock and its Livimi rental housing project, which specializes in residential and commercial real estate, in 10 buildings in Prague and Brno comprising 340 residential units. Our technicians and facility managers ensure smooth operation and communication with tenants.

A well-coordinated team consisting of a facility manager and two experienced technicians is involved in the management of 340 apartments for Livimi. One takes care of locations in Prague, the other in Brno.
