One of the largest players in student housing in Central Europe, the developer and operator International Campus Group, has arrived in the Czech Republic. A brand-new building bearing the "The Fizz" brand has been established in Prague's Holešovice. This student housing facility, with a capacity of 539 studios, has become one of the largest providers of accommodation for students in Prague.

We are pleased to announce that our company has won the tender for comprehensive facility management services, including the operational launch of the building before its official opening. We will provide technical facility services, maintenance and inspections of all technologies, security for the building, all cleaning and disinfection activities, fire safety (PO), waste management, and green maintenance. Our delivery also includes addressing defects and unfinished work during the handover from the general contractor.
