Week of Facility Management 2024

The Week of Facility Management conference is organized by IFMA CZ. The 2024 edition took place from November 11 to 13, 2024, in Prague at the ČSOB Head Office. As part of the conference, the organizers traditionally announce the FM Awards, recognizing outstanding individuals and selected projects in the field of Facility Management.

This year, the Personality of the Year award was presented to our CEO, Martin Kaleta. In his absence, the award was accepted on his behalf by our Sales Director, Jan Fical. The other award categories include:

PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR 2024

Martin Kaleta, who has been leading our company since its founding in September 2015, graduated in Property Management from the Technical University of Ostrava and completed his Master’s degree in Construction Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Since the start of his career in 2010, he has been active in the field of Facility Management. He also served as a long-time Vice President of the IFMA Czech Republic Association.

He received this award for his outstanding promotion of the FM field, which significantly contributed to the growth in membership and the financial stability of the association. Additionally, the recognition honors his significant contributions to education and the development of facility management within our company. We are proud to be led by a leader who is not only a true professional in his field but also a visionary with the courage to bring his ideas to life.
