Our cooperation with PORTIN, a major developer and owner of a network of retail parks, began inconspicuously. With one pilot project. Today, we manage 13 retail parks and provide comprehensive technical management, including cleaning and green space maintenance throughout the Czech Republic, from Žatec to Polička. Our main goal was to introduce 
a system into the administration

Our colleagues took a comprehensive approach to the opportunity that arose from dissatisfaction with the original solution. They quickly identified that the introduction of a system, clear rules, and regular communication with tenants would most significantly improve overall operations. We focused on processes for cost control and clear communication, which allows for quick and predictable resolution of all operational issues. At the same time, it relieves the client so that they can focus on what is most important—new projects.

Inspections, damage incidents, maintenance of operations and greenery. We do everything to the maximum. Our commitment is also backed by a corporate culture we can rely on. Less operating technology,
but pumping stations

Retail parks are typically built on greenfield sites where there is no sewerage system available. This presents a number of technical challenges. In particular, the need to ensure reliable pumping and disposal of wastewater. As part of our technical management services, we also take care of the pumping stations that are part of retail parks. From regular level and float checks to cleaning and maintenance of technology. We have eliminated the previously frequent problems with grease traps, clogged pipes, and pump failures thanks to regular emptying, systematic maintenance, and close cooperation with restaurant tenants.

Green roofs 
and environmental care

Our customer emphasizes ecology and sustainability. We carry this approach over into the management of their properties. Some retail parks have green roofs, which we regularly maintain and irrigate. We have installed water on the roofs, making maintenance easier and more economical. We also take care of the greenery around the properties to keep the parks looking neat and pleasant. Thanks to good cooperation with environmental experts and the cities where the retail parks are located, everything runs smoothly and in accordance with local requirements.
