We were involved in its establishment, now we assist with ICT

Arridere was involved in the establishment of Mo-Cha, the first coworking center of the CIMEX group. Our investment construction department ensured the realization of the spaces. Currently, we manage the operations of the coworking space, including facility management, ICT connectivity, and data network management.

We are even prouder of the great successes of our coworking space Mo-Cha in Brno, which participated in the prestigious "Office of the Year" competition, reaching the finals and being ranked among the top 9 best and most original projects in the "Coworking and Flexible Office" category of the CBRE Art of Space Awards! The results of the CBRE Art of Space Awards will be announced at the end of March, so we will keep our fingers crossed!
