We won the selection procedure for integrated facility management services for Business Park Čestlice s.r.o., a company which belongs to the group of Redstone Real Estate, a.s. Business Park Čestlice has 4 buildings and the leasable surface area is 15,000 m². However, we take care of the whole compound, whose area is 37,697 m². We managed to determine the surface area by means of technical documentation of areas using our “Drone FM – Technical Documentation of Areas” service.

For this client we provide technical management services, including inspections and servicing, emergency services, HelpDesk including CAFM, cleaning services, fire safety and occupational health and safety, energy management and landscape maintenance within the compound.

The selection procedure for facility management took place last summer and our management services started on 1 October 2018.
