Since the end of 2018 we have been providing regular technical maintenance services, including inspections, servicing, checks and emergency services for the 987 Design Prague Hotel. We have also been charged with the management of and complete arrangements for the reconstruction of its rooms on the 4th and 5th floor. We have two teams working at the hotel, providing maintenance and construction work management, which are also preparing the best settings of property management after the reconstruction of the first rooms.
